Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is let go and have fun. In mid-March, as spring gently awakens, nature invites you to plant your feet on the ground, feel the sun on your face, and the wind in your hair, following the rhythm of the Ocean waves.
Call of the Ocean is a gentle call from the sea: to find yourself in the most magical bay of Morocco, Imsouane, a small fishing village where days flow slowly, salt lingers on the skin, and the waves seem endless. Here, time has a softer, truer rhythm.

Overlooking the ocean, The O Experience will be our home for five days: an eco-lodge immersed in nature, built with wood and raw earth, with clean lines and infinite light. Every corner speaks of care, simplicity, and beauty. Each window frames the Ocean, a feminine and restorative element to fully immerse in.

We will move with the rhythm of the sun and tides: surfing, exploring nature, discovering local crafts, creative workshops, and moments of pure shared beauty. Expect waves with new friends, stunning meals served at sunset on the terrace overlooking the sea, breathtaking landscapes, and the company of like-minded women.
Each day begins with a morning surf session, followed by exploration, movement, yoga, botanical workshops, and moments of rest and quiet to recharge. Evenings will be spent together on the terrace, sharing Moroccan dinners, sunsets, and conversations under the stars, accompanied by mint tea and fragrant tajines.
This retreat is designed for those who love nature, authentic experiences, and want to meet like-minded people to share beauty, movement, and inspiration.

Long before the “Magic Bay” became famous, when Imsouane was still a small fishing village known to only a few surfers, there was already a house built in the most panoramic spot: embraced by the ocean, with that unique view of the bay inviting you to be carried away by its beauty, where time flows slowly, skin tastes of salt, hair dances in the wind, and days are scented with the ocean and stories waiting to be told. We chose this exclusive place as our home for these days.
Here, the spirit of surfing meets the elegant simplicity of “beldi chic” style and the comfort of high-level accommodation.
Built with natural materials, minimalist yet warm, and directly overlooking the bay, it is just a few steps from our morning surf classes or a refreshing swim.
It is a space designed to make you feel at home from the moment you enter: raw materials, terraces suspended over the ocean, and architecture that blends with the landscape.
Each room breathes calm, every detail speaks of respect for the earth, and every common area invites connection, sharing, or simply being.
The communal spaces are designed to offer both moments of privacy and conviviality, where you can share emotions and conversations with new friends.

Surf classes
We wake up to the sound of the waves and, after a light snack, walk down to the beach for our surf classes led by certified instructors. Waves and shared joy await us, followed by a well-deserved post-surf breakfast.

Authentic Moroccan vibes—colors, scents, spices, textiles, and local artisans—immerse us in the golden light of Essaouira’s market. Along the way, we’ll visit a women’s cooperative producing Argan oil.

An evening just for us on the terrace, with a fully Moroccan menu crafted by the kitchen and thoughtfully curated details.

Yin yoga
A slow and gentle practice that softens the body, calms the mind, and invites you to reconnect with your own rhythm.

Creative botanical Workshop
Natural dye workshop: we’ll explore techniques to color fabrics using natural powders from Morocco. Each shade tells the story of the land, unique and intuitive. Everyone will create their own one-of-a-kind piece to take home.

Sunset on the dunes with berber tea
We’ll share a special moment, sipping tea at sunset atop the dunes overlooking the sea.
Each day will strike a gentle balance between shared experiences and time for yourself—to relax, read, wander the streets of Imsouane, stop at a café, or head down to the beach. There will be space to explore and get lost in your own journey, following your own rhythm and desires, guided by the tips we’ve gathered for you: local restaurants, hidden corners, artisan shops, scenic viewpoints, hammams, or perhaps a bit of sunset skateboarding.

She has made the sea both her muse and her home: it’s there that surfing and the water reconnect her to her body and the flow of her emotions, while the earth grounds her and gives her space to breathe.
For this journey in Imsouane, she has carefully imagined and designed every detail and activity, experiencing it first-hand to discover the best spots and experiences. She will create a beautiful, welcoming, and inspiring space where you can let go, find lightness, and reconnect with your most authentic energy.

The O Surfclub
Our surf partner in Imsouane: a crew of local surfers who know the ocean like a friend. They teach with heart and smiles, welcoming every level. This retreat is designed both for those taking their first steps on the board and for those with some experience, with multiple instructors available to guide anyone looking to perfect their long lines of pure freedom.
Rooms & Rates
The experience is designed for a small number of participants to ensure an intimate, close-knit atmosphere. For this reason, the entire property will be exclusively reserved for us. Accommodations can be chosen as a single room with a double bed or a shared room with two single beds / a double bed. Early Bird: 10% off until 31/12/25.
Spots are limited, and registrations are open until full.
To secure your place, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the retreat.

Getting to Imsouane
You can easily reach Imsouane via a flight to Essaouira or Agadir. From either city, the transfer takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. We’ll connect you with reliable drivers and create a WhatsApp group so participants can coordinate and share transfers.

Absolutely not. The classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience. We’ll be guided by the school’s instructors in small groups of up to 5 participants.
All activities are accessible and always optional.

The program adapts! There will be alternative activities and creative indoor moments, as well as theoretical surf classes.

All transportation for the activities included in the program will be arranged by us. Transfers to/from airport in not included.

Each day we’ll start with a light snack before the surf class, followed by breakfast with a choice of dishes, and dinners on the terrace prepared by the wonderful kitchen at The O. Ingredients are local and seasonal, with international dishes and one Moroccan dinner. Meals can be adapted upon request to accommodate specific dietary needs.

The group is intentionally small, and each spot plays an important role in the balance of the experience and organization. No refunds are provided in case of cancellation. If something unexpected happens, you may transfer your spot to a friend, notifying us at least 6 weeks before departure.
